Our storefronts contain a curated selection of some of Calgary's most talented artisans, with a focus on handmade items. Our goal is is to encourage ethical and sustainable practices through
shopping locally made products.

Marketspot was founded in 2014 by Market YYC and ART SPOT. These organizations teamed up to bring their like minded passion for local art and culture to a new level.

Marketspot has facilitated annual Canada Day events, dozens of outdoor markets, community programming and pop up shops. Our family friendly events offer free activities for all ages, live music, food, and a curated selection of Calgary's best entrepreneurs.
